PREGNANCY YOGA workshop

Enjoy this gentle and nourishing pregnancy yoga session, helping you feel more comfortable as your pregnancy progresses and prepare for birth.

Yoga can help mums-to-be to feel empowered and really enjoy this precious beautiful time, cultivating breath awareness and strengthening the body in preparation for labour.

We will be using soothing movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to ease common pregnancy aches and pains.

Yoga also offers the opportunity to connect with your baby, and yourself whilst feeling part of a lovely community.

Perfect for all stages of pregnancy .
