Continuing from my last post finishing in the City Centre, we are heading to the independent cultural hub of Stoke's Croft. Stoke's Croft begins on Cheltenham Road and eventually leads onto Gloucester Road.
Stoke’s Croft is a very interesting hub for artists and artisans and you will find lots of bohemian shops and street art. Stoke’s Croft is a little rough around the edges, though has been gentrified over the past few years which in a way is a shame since Stoke’s Croft holds so much character and soul and is really the last refuge of the real ‘underground’ Bristol.
